We can secure your home loan for you to buy your section so you can build your dream home.

If you have a section in mind to build on, then a sale & purchase agreement is required.

We recommend getting a preapproval before you start so you know how much you can afford to borrow and so you can commence immediately to avoid wasting time and money.

To build on the section/land you will require:

  • Building Consent,
  • Plans and Specifications,
  • Soil and Engineers Reports,
  • Signed fixed price contract.

These all need to be valued by a registered valuer to determine the current and final completed value.

We will put together your application.  The loan is advanced on a progressive draw-down basis.  Generally the loan will be interest only until code of compliance and the final valuation is done.  Then the total loan can be restructured however you want
